What should be included in my application?
Your application should contain a resume and a motivational letter. It is important to us that we can get the best possible picture of you as a person and understand why you want to join us. In addition, we are happy to receive work samples, such as a link to your Github profile or design examples.
Can I also apply by email?

Are the positions posted still vacant?
As long as you see the position posted on our site, it is still avaibale. We review and update our vacancies on a regular basis.
What if my desired position is suddenly no longer online?
If your desired position is no longer online, it has likely been filled. In this case, we would like to recommend you an unsolicited application. Then we can match your profile with our other positions or add you to our talent pool for future opportunities with us.
I am looking for an internship or a work student position. Does InVision offer me this option?
Yes, please apply under an “unsolicited application” and we will get back to you as soon as possible. It’s important for us to look after you in the best possible way and we want you to learn a lot. Therefore we’ll have to check the necessary capacities in advance.
I am a freelancer. Is there any possibility of cooperation?
Unfortunately, no. We would like to take each employee firmly in our team. If this is an option for you, we look forward to receiving your application.
Can I work from home?
Of course, you can work from home if there is reason for it, but all InVision employees must primarily work out of one of our centralized offices. We like to cultivate an environment that supports open communication and collaboration. Experience has shown us that this works best when all teams are on site.
What happens to my data and documents?
Confidententiality is very important to us. Therefore, we can guarantee that we handle your documents and information very discreetly. This means that none of your data will leak out and all data will be deleted after the selection process (unless we agree on adding you into our talent pool of course).
I come from an agency and / or I am a recruiter. Is InVision interested in a collaboration?
Since we are a team of trained specialists, the support of external recruitment agencies is not of interest to us. Therefore we ask you not to approach us with inquiries or presentations of this kind.
